Eric L. Conley is a distinguished healthcare executive with three decades of leadership experience in complex healthcare environments. In his current role at Sentara Health, he provides strategic oversight for the healthcare network encompassing 12 hospitals across Virginia and North Carolina, as well as the system's comprehensive pharmacy operations and Sentara Enterprises division. His portfolio at the $11 billion system includes responsibility for the full spectrum of post-acute care services, including inpatient rehabilitation, home health and hospice programs.

Before joining Sentara Health, Mr. Conley served in executive leadership at Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, including time spent as president and COO of the system's flagship academic medical center. During his tenure, he orchestrated operations for the 750+ bed teaching hospital, where he championed breakthrough tertiary care initiatives while strengthening the institution's academic medicine programs.
