Justin Ngai is the Director of Infusion Support Services at New York-Presbyterian, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives to optimize infusion operations across the system’s 10 hospitals. His work focuses on streamlining insurance authorization and scheduling workflows, while standardizing performance metrics and operational processes to enhance efficiency and patient care across its infusion centers.
A dual-board certified healthcare leader, Justin brings experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a strong focus on operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Administration from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from SUNY Delhi.
Prior to this role, he served as the operations manager for the NYP-Columbia Infusion Centers, overseeing day-to-day and strategic operations for the three infusion centers consisting of 70 chairs.
He launched the first NYP Infusion Operations team integrating clinical and administrative team members focused on addressing infusion scheduling and operational workflows. Through template enhancements across all three infusion centers, the NYP Columbia Infusion Operations team was able to add an additional 6,500 appointments and increase overall patient satisfaction YoY to deliver more quality care to patients while maintaining the same level of resources.
Justin has spoken at various conferences including the Association of Cancer Executives, AI in Medicine Global Summit and Becker's Annual Conference. He was also a finalist for AI in Medicine’s Rising Star Award in 2023.
