Many of us are maintaining a very high level of performance through a combination of grit, willpower, determination and a great surge of stress hormones. Whilst this does support top level performance, it’s not a sustainable energy system and increases the threat of exhaustion and overwhelm. The next session is designed to give us the strategies maintain peak performance by learning to manage our stress more effectively, and energy more sustainably, as we tackle what’s coming next.
