She is particularly noted for her work with predictive technology in healthcare, having coined the term "VOODOO" for LeanTaaS' Census Forecast technology, which she implemented for strategic staffing decisions and capacity management. Under her leadership, this technology has been made available to all staff at Sarasota Memorial Healthcare on their mobile devices.
