Rose Andron, RN, MSN, CNML, is the Unit Director over the Operating Rooms at RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. With 17 years of perioperative experience, she leads key initiatives including developing a systemwide COVID-19 pandemic response team for surgical services, serving on the RUSH University Medical Center Mass Casualty Incident Command Group, chairing the interdisciplinary Surgical Review Committee, and advising on perioperative data analytics. Previously, Ms. Andron worked as an Operating Room Educator and Quality Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, and both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from RUSH University. As a Certified Nurse Manager and Leader, Ms. Andron focuses on improving OR efficiency and quality of care.
