Ashley Frost, MSN, RN, CPN is the Manager of Patient Care Services for the Pediatric Hematology Oncology and Outpatient Infusion Center at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She has over 18 years of nursing experience and has served as a nurse leader since 2017. Ashley graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2006 from Nazareth College in Rochester, NY. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management in 2021 from Western Governor’s University.

Ashley believes in a forward-thinking leadership approach, focusing on nursing excellence, innovation and transformation. This focus, partnered with AI integration, has fostered positive change for both patients and staff alike while unlocking additional capacity for patient care.
