Ryan Ott is currently the Senior Manager of Financial Operations for Perioperative Services and Interventional Radiology at North Shore University Hospital where he plays a critical role in the advancement of operational efficiency and fiscal management of the hospital’s surgical services. Through collaboration with his clinical partners, Ryan spearheads multiple business initiatives focused on capital management, reducing excess waste, clinical standardization, staffing optimization, as well as various strategic initiatives within the department. Ryan leverages his strong skillsets within data & analytics, along with project management to drive business strategy. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and graduated from Bucknell University where he double-majored receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology.
