Colby Wilson is currently the Director of Financial Operations for Perioperative Services at Long Island Jewish Medical center where he plays a critical role in the advancement of operational efficiency and fiscal management of the hospital’s surgical services. Colby is responsible for overseeing the scheduling department, the OR charge capture team, and driving operational workflows around maximizing departmental resources to grow the core business volume. Colby leverages his strong skillsets within data & analytics, along with project management to drive business strategy. Colby holds an MBA in Strategic Healthcare Management from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University and graduated from Johns Hopkins University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a focus in Applied Math and Statistics.
