Rebecca "Becky" Hartley, DNP, RN, CPAN, NEA-BC, is the Assistant Vice President of Surgery at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo, Texas. She holds a BSN from West Virginia University, MSN from the University of Phoenix, and DNP from Drexel University. With a diverse 25-year background in PeriAnesthesia nursing, med-surg nursing, emergency department nursing, trauma case management, and clinical education, Becky has held various roles, including Director of Surgery, Operating Room Manager, PACU Manager, and Clinical Educator.

Formerly the President of the Pennsylvania PeriAnesthesia Nurses (PAPAN), she has presented on topics like Shared Governance, Integrative Modalities, and Improving Post Anesthesia Throughput. Becky has been recognized as a finalist for the Pennsylvania Nightingale Award for Manager-Leader and received Manager of the Year and Educator of the Year awards at Lancaster General Health. An active member of AORN, ASPAN, and AONL, her philosophy is to "Bloom Where You are Planted" and foster positive change in healthcare teams and work cultures.
