Justin Ngai is a dual-board certified healthcare leader with experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings focused on operational efficiencies. He graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing with a minor in Administration from The College of New Jersey and a Master's of Science in Nursing Administration from SUNY Delhi. Justin is currently the Operations Manager for the NYP-Columbia Infusion Centers, overseeing day-to-day and strategic operations for the three infusion centers consisting of 70 chairs. He launched the first NYP Infusion Operations team integrating clinical and administrative team members focused on addressing infusion scheduling and operational workflows. Through template enhancements across all three infusion centers, the NYP Columbia Infusion Operations team was able to add an additional 6,500 appointments to deliver more care to patients while maintaining same level of resources by increasing efficiency.
