Kim is the Director of Product Operations for iQueue for Operating Rooms, where she partners across product and client-facing teams to drive adoption of new product capabilities and services to deliver measurable outcomes. In her time working with software tech companies, Kim has led perioperative client service teams to align technology with process change. She has worked in the healthcare industry for 11 years and prior to LeanTaaS, was a Senior Manager in PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ Health Advisory practice where she led strategic and transformational initiatives in hospitals and health systems across the country. Kim earned her MPH from Emory University and her BA from the University of South Carolina.
