TEAM is already reshaping the ASC competitive landscape in 3 concrete ways that should be in front of this audience : site-of-service migration as TEAM-mandatory hospitals push appropriate spine and LEJR cases toward outpatient settings, partnership and gainsharing economics shifting under the CMS-Sponsored Model safe harbor that became operative in January, and surgeon case-venue decisions changing under the new bundle incentives. The CMS RFI on extending TEAM-style bundling to ASCs is the forward-looking second half of that arc, not the whole picture.
