It will examine how a “north star” index of performance metrics can support ongoing improvements in quality, safety and patient experience. Attendees will gain insight into how greater transparency in performance data can empower patients to make more informed care decisions. The presentation will also outline the core components of HealthLocator and how it differs from existing public rating and ranking tools for both patients and providers.
