Notable Hours

• Set up: Sunday, November 1 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• Hall open hours:
  • Monday, November 2 at 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, November 3 at 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, November 4 at 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tear Down: Wednesday, November 4 at 6:15 PM, following the happy hour

 

Networking Breaks - We suggest having staff at the booth during the breaks below & encouraging your on-site team to attend sessions during periods between these.

We expect traffic upticks during the networking break & happy hour times above.

 

Event concludes: Thursday, November 5 at 11:40 AM - Saturday will be a half day of sessions only, exhibits will be closed.
