AI’s promise is clear, but turning pilots into systemwide value requires more than a strong algorithm. SickKids, Stanford Medicine and Philips will examine what makes clinical AI scalable: trusted real-time data, workflow integration, lifecycle governance, cross-functional leadership and practical use cases. Drawing on experience with physiologic data, deterioration prediction, arrhythmia detection and ambient intelligence, the panel will offer an executive framework for prioritizing investments and scaling AI responsibly.
