Amanda (DiBenedetto) Carbray graduated with her BSN from Sacred Heart University in 2010. She started her career as a med-surg float at Waterbury Hospital. Her oncology career began in 2012, when she transferred to Hartford Healthcare and worked on the inpatient oncology/hospice unit. She transitioned to her first leadership position in 2016 on the same unit as Clinical Resource Leader. In 2018, she transitioned to outpatient oncology as a Clinical Resource Leader. She took her first management role in 2020 and has since transitioned as Clinical Operations Manager of the HHC HOCC Meriden Cancer center where she currently works. She obtained her MSN in Hospice and Palliative Care in 2019.
