• Set up: Thursday, October 29 - 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Hall open hours:
  • Thursday, October 29, 11:20 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday, October 30, 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Tear Down: Friday, October 30, 6:00 PM, following the happy hour

 

Networking Breaks - We suggest having staff at the booth during the breaks below & encouraging your on-site team to attend sessions during periods between these.

Our Thursday happy hour will be branded as the Spooky Spectacular! We will close out the day with a little Halloween spirit in the exhibit hall. Attendees can complete a booth passport for a chance to win prizes, take photos with spooky props, and keep the conversations going.

 

Event concludes: Saturday, October 31 at 11:40 AM - Saturday will be a half day of sessions only, exhibits will be closed.
