Caity is an experienced Perioperative RN, currently serving as the Manager of Centralized Surgical Scheduling for the Inova Health System based in Falls Church, Virginia. Caity began her career in the Inova Fairfax Level 1 Trauma Operating Room. Her expertise in perioperative nursing along with her organizational and visionary skills were valuable in launching a new ambulatory surgery center within the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. Upon completion of a Master’s in Executive Nursing Leadership, Caity applied her experience in her transition to the management and oversight of surgical scheduling and led the initiative to centralize the Inova Health System Surgical Scheduling Division.
