Katie Prater, MSL, BSN, RN, is a Customer Success Manager at LeanTaaS focusing on iQueue for Inpatient Flow. She brings over 20 years of experience in paramedicine, nursing, critical care transport, and patient flow management. Katie has held clinical leadership positions at Carolinas HealthCare System (now Atrium Health) and Novant Health, where she advanced from a paramedic to nurse to House Supervisor, later serving as Nurse Manager for Capacity & Patient Flow. She managed centralized bed placement and admission requests for a seven-hospital, acute care market, leading a 24/7 team and spearheading market-level initiatives to improve patient flow and foster quality and safety through technology and data-driven processes. She joined LeanTaaS in January 2024 and is based in South Carolina.
