In-Person Attendee badges are only available to individuals that are currently employed by a provider facility. All registrations that do not qualify will be allowed the option to join via the Non-Provider / Vendor Access Only Sponsorship pricing or issued a refund.

Please be as specific as possible - we use this to customize the event experience for you based on your role. Example - "Chief Medical Officer" instead of "CMO" or "Director, Innovation" instead of "Director"

Registration Refund Policy:
We understand plans change, happy to provide options in support of you registering with confidence. All registration cancellation/refund requests received by March 21st, 2024 will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee. If a refund is requested after this date, we can edit the registration to transfer to someone in your same organization. Registrations purchased and not used are non-refundable, non transferable. We reserve the right to review all registrations made using a discounted rate and to notify registrants of the cost difference with intent to collect payment. Please also make note we're not able to apply discounts retroactively should your attendee type change.  Any non-qualifying registrations will be reviewed and contacted by our team to inform registration was rejected and to provide alternative options for participation for yourself or your organization.
