This session will provide helpful strategies for negotiations with payers. We will review effective ways to prepare for negotiations including the development of an ASC value proposition and presenting informative data to effectively support negotiations. Participants will gain insight on how different payer methodologies for spine, orthopedics, and pain management impact proposals and how best to negotiate these proposals to fit the contract structure.  We will also discuss different strategies to employ during challenging payer negotiations. This session will equip participants with different approaches to negotiate payer contracts and optimize ASC reimbursement.
