Medication access disparities persist across racial, geographic and socioeconomic lines — and pharmacy leaders are increasingly accountable for addressing them. This session features health systems that have implemented scalable access programs targeting underserved populations through community pharmacy partnerships, financial assistance navigation, culturally competent counseling and technology-enabled outreach to patients who have historically fallen through the cracks.
