Marisa has more than 20 years of experience caring for pediatric and adult patients in oncology. With over 15 years as a clinical operations leader in infusion services, Marisa is passionate about leading high-performing teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration, exploring how AI-driven tools can improve operational efficiency and staff satisfaction, and championing innovation at the front lines of care. Marisa's dedication to nursing is further demonstrated by her commitment to advancing nursing practice to support positive patient outcomes, education and research, innovation, and continuous improvement. Marisa lives in San Francisco with her husband and three children.
