Pamela, is a healthcare operations leader with nearly three decades of experience optimizing healthcare delivery, with specialized expertise in oncology services and health information management.

Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success at LeanTaaS, Pamela leads customer success initiatives for iQueue for Infusion, working with over 100 cancer centers nationwide to optimize high-value healthcare resources, improve patient wait times, enhance capacity, improve the nursing experience, and streamline daily workflows. Prior to LeanTaaS, Pamela served as the Administrator of Oncology Services at Lehigh Valley Health Network (now Jefferson Healthcare), where she directed operations for radiation oncology, revenue cycle and informatics, tumor registry, and cancer center services. Pamlea earned her Masters of Science in Health Care Administration from King's College, is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA).

A recognized thought leader in oncology operations and healthcare informatics, Pamela has authored publications in peer-reviewed journals including the Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing and has been featured in Becker's Hospital Review, Oncology Issues, and Journal of AHIMA.
