Alyssa Arrese is the Senior Director of Client Services for the Operating Room business at LeanTaaS, where she leads a national organization supporting health systems in optimizing surgical access, throughput, and growth using predictive analytics. She partners closely with hospital executives, surgeons, and perioperative leaders to translate data-driven insights into operational and clinical impact across both hospital and ambulatory surgery environments. With over a decade of experience spanning health systems and healthcare technology, Alyssa brings deep expertise in surgical services operations, OR optimization, and scaling high-performing teams.

Prior to LeanTaaS, she served as Manager of Operations for Surgical Services at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, overseeing business operations for 35 operating rooms, multiple endoscopy suites, and an ambulatory surgery center. She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Professions with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University.
