Tim Affeldt, PharmD, is the Vice President of Specialty and Infusion Operations at Fairview Pharmacy Solutions, where he has served since 2013. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across a broad portfolio that includes Specialty and Mail Order Pharmacies, Infusion Center Pharmacy, Home Infusion, Compounding Pharmacy, Specialty Clinic and Discharge Pharmacy, as well as Facilities and Shipping/Receiving.

Dr. Affeldt earned both his Bachelor of Arts in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Minnesota. A committed leader in the pharmacy profession, Dr. Affeldt is actively involved in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. He currently serves as President of the Health System Owned Specialty Pharmacy Association (HOSP) Board, is a member of the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) Government Affairs Committee. He is also a dedicated mentor and educator, having served on the Pharmacy Alumni Society Board, mentored first-year pharmacy students, and precepted Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) leadership rotations for the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy.
