Mohan is the Founder and CEO of LeanTaaS, a software solutions company that improves the operational performance of 190+ health systems. LeanTaaS embeds patented optimization algorithms based on lean principles, sophisticated data science, and simulation methodologies into its flagship iQueue suite of products to improve patient access and lower cost by unlocking capacity in scarce assets like operating rooms, infusion centers, and inpatient areas. One or more of the iQueue products have been deployed at over 1,200 hospitals and centers across the country. Mohan has worked closely with leaders from the most innovative and largest healthcare institutions in the US, including Stanford Health Care, UCHealth, UCSF, New-York Presbyterian and more.

Previously, he served as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the Lean Manufacturing and Lean Service Operations Practice in North America and for the Asia-Pacific region.

Mohan holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay, an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mohan is the co-author of the book “Better Healthcare Through Math”. He has been named by Becker's Hospital Review as one of the “Top Entrepreneurs Innovating in Healthcare.”
