Exhibitor Set Up: Sunday, April 18 - Tentatively from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM CT

Exhibitor Tear Down: Wednesday, April 21 - 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM CT

Your booth number will be assigned approximately 45 days prior to the conference.

HALL HOURS

Opens: Monday, April 19, Tentatively at 10:20 AM CT

        The hall will be accessible to attendees each day of the event. We suggest having staff at the booth during the breaks below & encouraging your              on-site team to attend sessions during periods between those.

Closes: following the happy hour - Wednesday, April 21, at 6:15 PM CT

Important: Please do not plan any overlapping events to conflict with the following special events.

Outside food or beverage being offered in the exhibit hall must be ordered through the Becker's team. Please get in touch with your Becker's representative or email events@beckershealthcare.com to confirm options for having food or beverages at your booth.

Walk-Ups not accepted, registration is required to attend the conference.
