Jim Andrews is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than two decades of experience leading strategic transformation across heart, vascular, and lung service lines for industry-leading organizations.

He holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College. His work has earned numerous national and New Jersey–based awards recognizing innovative, sustainable organizational models.

Mr. Andrews currently serves in a dual role as President and CEO of Deborah Heart and Lung Center and the Deborah Hospital Foundation. Since joining Deborah, he has focused on advancing the organization’s three core pillars — its No Price on Life mission, people-centric culture, and superior quality outcomes — strengthening its reputation as the nation’s destination specialty hospital for heart and lung care. He believes that as awareness of Deborah grows, so too does the understanding that healthcare can be delivered differently to achieve better outcomes for all.
