Caitlin Clark is more than one of the most exciting basketball players of her generation, she is a transformative force who has elevated women’s basketball to new heights and built one of the strongest athlete brands along the way. Known for her logo threes, visionary passing, and competitive spirit, Clark has achieved global popularity as she shatters records on the court and drives double-digit growth in the WNBA’s visibility, attendance, and wider cultural impact. Her first apparel line and signature shoe, the Caitlin 1, launched this fall and has been seen everywhere from the WNBA and NBA court to the red carpet for Ted Lasso.
This season, she was at the helm of the highest scoring offense in WNBA history, and Clark and her Fever teammates played all of the top 14 most viewed regular season games. In just three years, Clark became the fastest player ever to reach both 200 career three-pointers and 600 career assists and earned three consecutive All-Star selections as a starter. She is first player in WNBA history to record a 40-point, 10-assist game, and has recorded the most 30-point, 10-assist games in league history with six, more than all other players combined.
Her record-breaking trajectory began the moment she arrived. The 2024 WNBA Draft was the most watched in league history as Clark was selected first overall by the Indiana Fever. During her rookie season, she shattered single-season and single-game assist records, broke the rookie scoring record, and became the first rookie to record a triple-double. She propelled the Fever to their first playoff appearance since 2016, was named First Team All-WNBA, one of only five players to ever achieve this honor, and was named the 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year.
Before turning pro, Clark rewrote the NCAA record book at the University of Iowa, becoming Division I basketball’s all-time leading scorer, men’s or women’s, and winning back-to-back Wooden and Naismith Awards. Iowa retired her No. 22 jersey to honor her iconic career.
Off the court, Clark makes an impact through The Caitlin Clark Foundation, which is focused on youth empowerment through education, nutrition, and sports. The foundation benefits Iowa and Indiana communities through grants, back-to-school support, and building multi-use courts through its Community Courts initiative. Clark is also an author: her debut children’s book EXTRAordinary!, a story about giving a little extra to the people and things you care about, arrives November 3. Clark's relentless pursuit of excellence transcends anything she ventures into, including her newfound hobby of gardening.
