Moving logistics

Please note there will not be an event contractor or conference labor available on site. 
If you have freight or packages weighing over 100 lbs, please coordinate your own laborers to assist with move-in and move-out.  
The freight elevators at the Swissotel are 39” wide and 71” deep, packages that do not fit these dimensions will need to be  unpacked by the loading dock and taken to the hall in pieces. 
Large crates must be torn down / removed from the loading dock and cannot be housed onsite during the event.
