The installation of exhibits will begin on Monday, October 2nd, 8:00 am -  4:30 pm CT.

Exhibit hall Tear down

Tear down of exhibits will happen immediately following the closing cocktail reception on Thursday, October 5th, at 6:00 pm.

If you are unable to tear down within this window, please notify your Becker's account manager or email  events@beckershealthcare.com

Please do not plan any overlapping events to conflict with the following special events.
