Q: Do I need to register for the conference?

No. Speakers are automatically registered to attend, please do not register separately. When you arrive at the Swissotel, please proceed to the Speaker Registration area to pick up your ID badge and other conference materials.

 

Q: Do I need to book a hotel?

Q: How early do I need to arrive for my session?

We ask that you arrive to your assigned session room 5 minutes before your session is scheduled to start. There will be a Becker’s team member in the room should you need any assistance. We will include room assignment details when we connect panelists & moderators.

 

Q: Can I bring a guest?

Yes, each speaker may bring 1 colleague from their Hospital/Health System/ASC as a complimentary guest. Please send their Full Name, Designations, Title, Organization and Email to Shqipe and she will take care of their registration.

PANELISTS ONLY: When will I hear from my moderator? 

If you are speaking on a panel, we will connect you with your moderator and other panelists by October 10, 2023. Your moderator will provide you with the panel questions by October 23, 2023 and may schedule a prep-call if they feel it is necessary. Please review the Speaker, Moderator and Panelist Guidelines doc to prepare in the mean-time.
