Swissotel Chicago
Partner Wayfinding Guide
The Swissotel spans two active conference levels, and as a sponsor or exhibitor, knowing how they connect is what turns your booth or session slot into a real plan — not a guess. Use this guide to map out where your space sits relative to the sessions, when attendees move, and the fastest way to get there yourself.
⚠️ Room assignments below reflect current space planning and may shift slightly as we finalize tracks. The main conference page will always be your source for the most up to date information.
Getting around:
To move between the Ballroom Level and the Second Floor, attendees take two sets of escalators up from the Zurich area. Build this into your plan when scheduling time between your space and sessions on the other level.
