Notable Hours

• Set up: Wednesday, November 4 - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM
• Hall hours:
  • Wednesday, November 4 from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM for Opening Happy Hour
  • Thursday, November 5 - 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Tear Down: Thursday, November 5 - 6:30 PM

 

Networking Breaks - We suggest having staff at the booth during the breaks below & encouraging your on-site team to attend sessions during periods between these.

We expect traffic upticks during the networking break & happy hour times above.

 

Event concludes: Friday at 12:10 PM. Friday will be a half day of sessions only, exhibits will be closed.
