Q: Do I need to register for the conference?

No. Speakers are automatically registered to attend, please do not register separately. When you arrive at the Hyatt Regency, please proceed to the Speaker Registration area to pick up your ID badge and other conference materials.

 

Q: Do I need to book a hotel?

Q: How early do I need to arrive for my session?

We ask that you arrive to your assigned session room 5 minutes before your session is scheduled to start. There will be a Becker’s team member in the room should you need any assistance. We will send room assignments 1 week before the event. 

 

Q: Can I bring a guest?

Yes, each speaker may bring 1 colleague from their Hospital/Health System/ASC as a complimentary guest. Please send their Full Name, Designations, Title, Organization and Email to Kristelle, Shqipe or Virginia and we will take care of their registration.
