Exhibitor Set Up: Monday, April 13th 3:30 - 5:30 PM (must be ready before the welcome reception beginning at 6:30pm)
Exhibitor Tear Down: Tuesday, April 14th 6:00 - 8:00 PM (following the closing happy hour)
Booth numbers will be assigned and shared approximately 45 days prior to the conference.
HALL HOURS
Opens: Monday, April 13th at 6:30 pm
The hall will be accessible to attendees during all event hours. We suggest having staff at the booth during the breaks below & encouraging your on-site team to attend sessions during periods between those.
Closes: following the happy hour on April 14th
