Exhibitor Set Up: Monday, April 13 - 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM CT (must be ready before the welcome reception beginning at 6:30 PM CT)
Exhibitor Tear Down: Tuesday, April 14 - 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM CT, following the closing happy hour
Booth numbers will be assigned and shared approximately 45 days prior to the conference.
HALL HOURS
Opens: Monday, April 13 at 6:30 PM CT
The hall will be accessible to attendees during all event hours. We suggest having staff at the booth during the breaks below & encouraging your on-site team to attend sessions during periods between those.
Closes: Tuesday, April 14 at 6:00 PM CT, following the happy hour
