Hilton Chicago

Partner Wayfinding Guide

The Hilton Chicago spans four conference levels, and as a sponsor or exhibitor, knowing how they connect is what turns your booth or session slot into a real plan — not a guess. Use this guide to map out where your space sits relative to the sessions, when attendees move, and the fastest way to get there yourself.

⚠️ Room assignments below reflect current space planning and may shift slightly as we finalize tracks. The main conference page will always be your source for the most up to date information.

Getting around:

the hotel's main elevator bank, in the center of the building, is the fastest and most reliable way to move between every level in this guide. Build it into your plan for moving between your space and sessions — it beats navigating escalators and corridors floor by floor.

What's on each floor

A single track, set apart from the main flow of the event — a quieter corner of the building for more focused conversation.

The Grand Ballroom hosts Track 1's keynote sessions and the International Ballroom is the main Exhibit Hall — the two are connected, so when a keynote session ends, attendees can move from the Ballroom into the Hall for main Networking Functions The Grand Ballroom Foyer, just outside the Ballroom, is a separate space and home to its own foyer booths, where attendees will funnel into when moving between sessions.

Main stage session room hosting keynote sessions + celebrity keynotes.

Main exhibit hall where all networking and meal functions will be hosted during the event.

Just outside the Grand Ballroom and Track 1 sessions.

This floor is where badges are issued and where attendees naturally pass through between sessions. Registration sits along 8th Street as a single point with desks positioned across from one another, before traffic converges near the Continental Rooms — and the Continental Foyer, with its own foyer booths.

Located directly outside the three Continental tracks, with high pass-through between sessions.

One registration point along 8th Street, with desks positioned across from one another; open all day.

A dedicated lounge for provider attendees to relax between sessions.

Five Salons and the Mobley Room host six concurrent tracks throughout the event. The Salon Foyer, just outside the Salons, holds its own exhibit space, where attendees pass through between breakout sessions. The best way to get to this level is through the central elevator bank rather than the escalators — it's the most direct connection between this floor and everywhere else in the building.

Located directly outside the Salons, with pass-through between sessions.
