Becker's Healthcare Conferences – Call for Speakers/Presentation

Becker's Healthcare accepts proposals for speakers and presentations at our live events throughout the year. We begin accepting proposals approximately 11 months before the event date.

To propose a presentation or panel, please send the following information to Scott Becker and the Agenda Team at sbecker@beckershealthcare.com and agendateam@beckershealthcare.com. 

Presentation

  • Presentation title
  • Head presenter's/organizer's contact information
  • Names, titles, organizations, and email addresses of all intended speakers/presenters (single presenters through four-speaker panels are welcome).
    • Note: Presentations with physicians and/or hospital, health system, ASC or physician practice executives as speakers are preferable to presentations that feature vendors or consultants without a physician or executive inclusion.
  • 2-5 key learning objectives or bullet points outlining what information will be covered during the session

Panel

  • Interested panelist name, title, organization, and contact info
  • Any preferred topics or buzzwords so we can suggest a panel

You can send over your information and we will see if any of our current virtual events are a good fit and have available spots. Otherwise, we will make note of your interest and will reach out if a relevant event has open positions.
