Registration Refund Policy:

We understand plans change, happy to provide options in support of you registering with confidence. All registration cancellation/refund requests received by August 1, 2024 will be refunded minus a $150 processing fee. If a refund is requested after this date, we can edit the registration to transfer to someone in your same organization. Registrations purchased and not used are non-refundable, non transferable. We reserve the right to review all registrations made using a discounted rate and to notify registrants of the cost difference with intent to collect payment. Please also make note we're not able to apply discounts retroactively should your attendee type change.  Any non-qualifying registrations will be reviewed and contacted by our team to inform registration was rejected and to provide alternative options for participation for yourself or your organization.
