Q: Do I need to register for the conference?
No. Speakers are automatically registered to attend, please do not register separately. When you arrive at the Hyatt Regency, please proceed to the Speaker Registration area to pick up your ID badge and other conference materials.

Q: How early do I need to arrive for my session?
We ask that you arrive to your assigned session room 5 minutes before your session is scheduled to start. There will be a Becker’s team member in the room should you need any assistance. We will send room assignments 1 week before the event.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
Yes, each speaker may bring 1 colleague from their Hospital/Health System/ASC as a complimentary guest. Please send their Full Name, Designations, Title, Organization and Email to Kristelle or Virginia and she will take care of their registration.

PANELISTS ONLY: When will I hear from my moderator?
If you are speaking on a panel, we will connect you with your moderator and other panelists by September 16th, 2024. Your moderator will provide you with the panel questions by October 1st, 2024 and may schedule a prep call if they feel it necessary.
