Q: Do I need to register for the conference? 

No. Speakers are automatically registered to attend, please do not register separately. When you arrive at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, please proceed to the Speaker Registration to pick up your ID badge and other conference materials. 

Q: Do I need to book a hotel? 

YES -  We have a discounted room block available at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.

Q: How early do I need to arrive for my session? 

We ask that you arrive to your assigned session room 5 minutes before your session is scheduled to start. There will be  a Becker’s team member in the room should you need any assistance. We will include room assignments in the intro emails to your fellow panelists & moderator. 

Q: Can I bring a guest? 

Yes, each speaker may bring 1 colleague from their Hospital/Health System/Payer as a complimentary guest. Please  send their Full Name, Designations, Title, Organization and Email to Shqipe and we will take care of their  registration.  

PANELISTS ONLY: When will I hear from my moderator? (Does not apply to Individual Speakers or Co-Presenters) 

If you are speaking on a panel, we will connect you with your moderator and other panelists by February 28, 2024. Your moderator will provide you with the panel questions by March 13, 2024 and you may schedule a prep call, if necessary.
