Please note times are tentative and subject to minor changes leading up to the event.

EXHIBIT HALL SETUP

Exhibitor setup will take place on Thursday, October 26th, 2023 from 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST. The Exhibit Hall will officially open at  5:15 PM CST on Thursday, October 26th, 2023.  

While we strongly recommend setting up your booth prior to the hall opening, if you are unable to set up within this window,  please notify your Becker's account manager or email events@beckershealthcare.com

EXHIBIT HALL TEARDOWN

Exhibitor tear down will happen immediately following the cocktail reception (around 7:00 PM CST) on Friday, October 27th. 

If you are unable to tear down within this window, please notify your Becker's account manager or email  events@beckershealthcare.com
