EXHIBIT HALL SETUP

Exhibitor set-up will take place the morning of Thursday, October 26th, 2023 from 7:00 AM - 11:45 AM. The Exhibit Hall will officially open for the Networking Lunch at 11:45 AM CT. Foyer exhibits will be visible starting at 7:30 AM, first break in the foyer will be at 9:55 AM


While we strongly recommend setting up your booth prior to the hall opening, if you are unable to set up within this window, please notify your Becker's account manager or email events@beckershealthcare.com 

 

EXHIBIT HALL TEAR DOWN

Exhibitor tear down will happen upon the event's conclusion at 2:40 pm CT on Friday, October 27th. 
Exhibitors who dismantle ahead of the dedicated, 2:40 pm CT tear down time will be charged an additional 50% of their booth cost.
